BK Health & Fitness LLC will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, merchandise purchased for return or exchange within 60 days of delivery. 

We recommend trying the product indoors to maintain its original condition as, unless you’re sending them back because they are faulty, all products, must be returned in their original condition unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused.

Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment once we have received and processed your return. Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed once it arrives at our facility. You will receive an email once your return has been confirmed as received and processed and we have issued your refund.

Delivery will be by a common carrier. You assume the sole risk of loss or destruction to the Products during shipment. Upon delivery, please inspect the packaging for damage. If it appears that the Products are damaged, please do not accept the shipment.  

Shipping costs are non-refundable, even if you need to return an item unless the return is due to a Product defect. In the case of refused deliveries, the total delivery shipping cost and customs or duties amounts that are applied by the destination country will be subtracted from any refund that you receive.
