This 7-day strength and conditioning program will be broken up into three separate programs that will give you the tools you need to get ready for your next adventure. The package will include a program focused on body weight exercises, for those minimalists out there, a program with a High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) focus, for the fast-paced explorers and finally, we will provide a program with a greater strength focus with all the weight your mind can imagine and your body can handle, for those who have a go heavy or go home mentality. You can try one or all three. There is no limit to what you can do to prepare for an Epic adventure.
